Title: Telesales Representative
Position Overview:
The Telesales Representative is responsible for creating value for
clients and achieving revenue targets through consultative, telephone sales
activities. These efforts include qualifying and maximizing sales opportunities
with inbound call prospects, as well as developing revenue and relationships
through targeted outbound telesales efforts.
Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
•
Contact target prospects and customers and maximize sales of SITA solutions
and products using consultative, benefit-focused telephone selling skills.
•
Effectively define client needs, work with account manager to develop
proposal and clearly present solution options to client
•
Identify and drive new business opportunities associated with specific
marketing efforts
•
Record all necessary marketing and sales data and maintain the integrity
of the SITA sales databases
•
Achieve established revenue, call volume and other performance goals
•
Maintain a high level of commitment and standard of work.
Required Qualifications/Competencies:
•
A desire to learn sales and make money
•
Self-motivated, performance driven professional
•
Experience using computers
Interacts With: Prospects, Clients, Account Managers, and other SITA team
members
Located: SITA Headquarters, Chantilly, VA
Travel: None
Compensation Structure:
$9.00 per hour + Commission
Commission: Based on revenue and profit margins
